Role Focus

As an Admin Assistant, you'll support the day-to-day operational processes that keep the business organised and running smoothly.

You'll coordinate administrative activities, maintain accurate records, prepare operational documents, and ensure information is managed efficiently. Throughout the programme, you'll receive guidance from experienced professionals while developing practical organisational, communication, and operational skills.

What You'll Do

  • Review documents, verify information, and complete administrative follow-up activities.
  • Coordinate schedules, confirmations, reminders, and day-to-day operational tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records using Excel, Google Sheets, and internal systems.
  • Prepare operational documents, templates, checklists, and business summaries.
  • Organise and maintain digital records to ensure information remains accurate, accessible, and ready for handover.
  • Support ongoing operational projects while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.
