Job description for Admin Assistant / Officer (Merchandising) at Seager Inc Pte Ltd
- Assist the Merchandising Executive in the co-ordination of daily merchandising activities to fulfill retail and operational requirements.
- Assist in administration such as processing purchase orders and monitoring orders.
- Assist the merchandising team in keep track of delivery dates and provide regular updates to management, warehouse and marketing teams locally and overseas for order tracking, includes performing all co-ordination activities and monitoring of lead time.
- Reports on market trend and analysis of data, you will also conduct market survey.
- Any other duties that may be assigned to you by the management to ensure smooth operation and efficiency.
