- Manage CEO’s schedule, arrange appointments and meetings.
- Handle travel itinerary, bookings and expense claims
- Provide administrative assistance such as preparation of confidential documents, research and data entry
- Organise and file various documents and records
- Ad-hoc project administration support to the team when required
- Proactive and responsible individual that is able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain appropriate levels of confidentiality
- Excellent English communication skills - verbal and written
- Detail-oriented, problem solver, strong organizer with ability to create processes that simplify tasks
- Independent, self-motivator, and adaptable
- Remote Work is allowed
- Working arrangement will be 10 hours per week
