Responsibilities / 工作职责:

  • Organize and manage appointments and schedules for team members.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional support.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of internal and external events.
  • Perform data entry tasks, maintain spreadsheets, and create presentations.
  • Prepare posts and deliverables for various communication channels.
  • Create engaging and effective copy for marketing materials and internal communications.
  • Maintain office systems and provide general support to the management and staff.
  • Assist in preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and monitor variances between actual and budgeted figures.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes and ensure timely payment of invoices.
  • Assist in preparing and filing tax returns in compliance with local regulations.
  • Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow and provide forecasts.
  • Conduct regular audits and provide insights based on financial data for better business decisions.

  • 协助编制与分析月度、季度及年度财务报表。
  • 确保符合会计准则、监管要求及内部控制规范。
  • 协助预算编制、财务预测及实际与预算差异分析。
  • 管理应付账款与应收账款流程,确保及时付款。
  • 协助准备及提交税务申报,符合当地法规要求。
  • 监控并管理公司现金流并进行预测。
  • 定期进行财务审计,并提供数据分析支持业务决策

Requirements / 任职要求:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Prior experience in administrative or accounting roles is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with content creation, copywriting, and marketing concepts.
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Professional accounting qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA) are preferred but not required.

  • 本科及以上学历,会计、金融、工商管理或相关专业优先。
  • 欢迎应届毕业生,有相关经验者优先考虑。
  • 熟练使用 Microsoft Word、Outlook、PowerPoint 与 Excel。
  • 具备良好的写作、编辑与校对能力。
  • 优秀的沟通能力与人际交往能力。
  • 了解内容创作、文案写作及市场营销相关概念。
  • 具备高度细致与主动积极的工作态度。
  • 能够独立工作,同时具备团队协作能力。
  • 必须具备中英文听说读写能力。
  • 持有 ACCA、CPA、CIMA 等专业资格者优先(非必要条件)。
