Responsibilities / 工作职责:
- Organize and manage appointments and schedules for team members.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional support.
- Assist in the planning and execution of internal and external events.
- Perform data entry tasks, maintain spreadsheets, and create presentations.
- Prepare posts and deliverables for various communication channels.
- Create engaging and effective copy for marketing materials and internal communications.
- Maintain office systems and provide general support to the management and staff.
- Assist in preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and monitor variances between actual and budgeted figures.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes and ensure timely payment of invoices.
- Assist in preparing and filing tax returns in compliance with local regulations.
- Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow and provide forecasts.
- Conduct regular audits and provide insights based on financial data for better business decisions.

- 协助预算编制、财务预测及实际与预算差异分析。
- 管理应付账款与应收账款流程,确保及时付款。
- 协助准备及提交税务申报,符合当地法规要求。
- 监控并管理公司现金流并进行预测。
- 定期进行财务审计,并提供数据分析支持业务决策
Requirements / 任职要求:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Prior experience in administrative or accounting roles is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with content creation, copywriting, and marketing concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and proactive attitude.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Professional accounting qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA) are preferred but not required.

- 持有 ACCA、CPA、CIMA 等专业资格者优先(非必要条件)。
