• 9.30 - 6.30PM, 5 days/ Week
• Location: Bukit Batok Crescent (Clementi Station)
• General Admin, Accounts Assistant
Bookkeeping & Secreterial Obligations - To manage and process our files, documentations and work with Accountant for IRAS/ ACRA requirements.
Bills, Claims and Payroll - To perform weekly/ monthly bills and claims in accordance to process requirements, and arrange for team’s payroll.
Invoicing & Accounts Receivable - To prepare invoices and verify payment receipts against bank statements. Follow up with companies and clients that are due on account receivable.
Office Admin & Ad-Hoc Duties - To be responsible for arranging meetings, managing supplies and handling relevant emails from external vendors.
· At least 1-3 years of Relevant Experience
· Positive Attitude, Organised and Self Disciplined.
· Able to Have Culture Fit.
· Basic IT Skills in Google Drive, Sheets & Equivalent.
