Key Responsibilities

Manage groups of students
Lead ice‑breaker games
Lead non‑technical activities
Follow safety and safeguarding guidelines
Load, set up, and take care of equipment
Support the team in all circumstances

Requirements

Prior experience with students in Outdoor or Education settings

Fluent in English (B2+)

High stamina for long outdoor days

Net daily rate: 650,000 VND
