Job description for Activities and Customer Support Intern at Worldroamer Pte Ltd
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of the activities content updates
- Competitors research on WorldRoamer’s content to ensure pricing parity
- Research potential vendors to bring new content onboard WorldRoamer’s platform
- Work with the marketing team on materials to promote activities
- Assist WorldRoamer’s customers in managing their enquiries or bookings via digital platforms such as emails and live chat
- Your primary role will be supporting the activities team
- Be willing and open to contribute to the business functions and/or projects as needed
- Provide assistance to team leaders with work related to the travel platform
