Position Overview:
We are Activation Agency seeking an experienced Activation Manager to join our team and drive impactful marketing initiatives in the fast-paced and competitive Indonesian market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or Advertising & Creative Activation industries, possessing the skills necessary to plan, production execute, and optimize activation campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
Responsibilities:
• Project Management.
• Lead and manage end-to-end activation projects, overseeing all aspects from conceptualization to execution.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed client expectations.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree in any Major.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Activation Manager or in a similar role within the FMCG or Advertising & Creative Activation Agency industries.
• Strong understanding of production and budgeting.
• Demonstrated success in planning and executing successful activation campaigns.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken & written)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
