Acquisition Support Specialist
The Core Objectives:
- You will reach out to many people on a day to day basis
- Have conversations at scale with a large audience of potential recruits
- Work with large data-sets
- Find and apply new hacks, tools and shortcuts to streamline the process
- Deliver an amazing candidate experience
Essential Experience:
- 1-4 years’ experience in: Market Research, Direct Marketing (Think big, highly segmented databases), Inbound Marketing, Membership Sales, Community Management / Social Media, Recruiting (Probably in an exec search firm, sourcing team or recruitment agency)
- Endless curiosity, you must be passionate about discovery, and especially about your own development
- Capability to be a great brand ambassador, as we will expect you to always deliver an amazing candidate experience
- Should be logical and ridiculously detail oriented, so that you can work effectively with large data-sets
- Empathetic, tactful and culturally aware, you will reach out to many people on a day to day basis, with no two being the same.
