Job description for Acquisition & Talent Partnership (KOL, Creators, Institutions) at Mnc Portal Indonesia
- Build good relationships with talents during and outside of work.
- Manage the talents' on boarding process.
- Processing each talent's new / renewal contract.
- Research & approach potential talents to be recruited.
- Strengthen relationships & connections with new and existing clients.
- Building and maintaining relationship with industry professionals or influencers (Key Opinion Leaders) and talent managers to create a strong network.
- Selecting, dealing, arranging meeting and reminding on each influencers to execute digital branded campaigns.
- Create database for influencers.
- Ensure the contract terms and conditions related
- Collaborate with brands from various industries (FMCG, E-commerce, Beauty, Tech, etc.) to fulfill promotion needs
- Supervise and simultaneously execute every campaign on social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, and Spotify
- Coordinate with internal teams, cross-departments, and external parties involved in the project
- Develop good working relationships with KOLs/Influencers.
- Excellence in Multitasking, Communication, Problem Solving, Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Social Media, Campaign Management, Public Speaking & Adobe Photoshop skills.
- Detail-oriented, high integrity & good time management.
- Always be punctual & self-reliant.
- Good knowledge of social media, content creator, influencer marketing, photographer & videographer.
- Ability to develop and maintin strong relationships and connections with new client / existing client / talents.
