Job description for Accounts Officer (General Ledger) at gallons & grapes pte ltd
The Hiring Company : One of the leader in Marine (Ship Building/Ship Repair) industry, with an existing of at least 250 employees.
Job Position : Accounts Officer (General Ledger)
Employment Type : 1 Year Contract

Job Responsibilities :
- Prepare journal entries for month end closing.
- Prepare audit schedules as assigned.
- Prepare monthly/ quarterly input GST report.
- Assist in year-end audit including draft financial statements and XBRL filing.
- Monthly/Yearly/Ad-hoc government survey.
- Assist in year-end annual inventory count.
- Liaise with internal & external parties (e.g., other departments, Auditors & etc).
- Ad hoc assignment assigned.
Job Requirements :
· At least 1 year of relevant experience in accounting.
· Experience in Marine Industry will be a plus.
· Familiar with FRS.
· Experience in SAP will be advantage.
· Meticulous & details.
· Proficient in MS office, especially in MS Excel, Word, Power Point.

Compensations & Benefits
Basic Salary : SGD$2,500 – SGD$3,500
Working Location : Tuas Crescent, Singapore
Nearest MRT : Tuas Crescent MRT (From Tuas Shipyard to MRT takes 5-7 mins on bus, 15 mins on foot)
Working Days : Monday - Friday
Working Hours : 7.30am – 5pm
Annual Leave : 12 Days
Medical Benefit : Exclusive medical benefit, verify w HR during interview on details
Performance Bonus : Track Record of around 1.5 – 2 Months
Other Benefits : 1 way transportation to shipyard provided from various location, for example if you stay at tampines, they will have several pickup points in tampines, you will be informed of all this location and pick up point, then you will decide on one and confirm that pick up point, shipyard will register your name into that pickup point, from then on, proceed to that pick-up point at the mention time and you will be transported to the shipyard.
