Job description for Accounts & Finance Senior Executive at Home Guide Design & Contracts Pte Ltd
- Handle GST submission and Tax matters
- Ensure timely billing to clients, issuing receipts and verifying payment details with transaction documents
- Process supplier and intercompany invoices and ensure invoices and payments are accurately processed and on a timely basis.
- Ensure appropriate authorisation, payment details and other necessary details and process payments for all method of payments
- Preparation of balance sheet and general ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare consolidation of transactions and maintain proper record of transactions
- Perform month-end closing, financial and management reports
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and delivery
- Perform general clerical duties which include preparing documents and filing
- Any other ad-hoc matters or undertake additional tasks and responsibilities when required
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in a similar role is required for this position
- Complete working knowledge of accounting standards, Singapore customs, taxation, GST, corporate tax
- Meticulous and able to multitask
- Strong sense of commitment and urgency to meet deadlines
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with employees across all levels
- Good team working skills and able to work independently
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Experience with Quickbooks and MYOB/ABSS accounting software is a plus
