Key Responsibilities
- Record and maintain the company's financial transactions and bookkeeping.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly and annual financial statements.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
- Prepare supporting documents for audit and tax purposes.
- Ensure all financial transactions are properly documented and comply with accounting standards.
- Coordinate with relevant departments regarding financial administration and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Accountant or in a similar position.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of the accounting cycle and basic taxation.
- Able to maintain bookkeeping records, record financial transactions, and prepare financial statements.
- Experience using Accurate or other accounting software is an advantage.
