Job Description:
- Organize all supporting documents related to accounting and tax
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting and tax records
- Manage petty cash for operational expenses
- Assist in tax reporting and tax administration activities
- Verify and reconcile financial transactions and supporting documents
- Prepare monthly tax payable
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Requirements
- Min. Final semester or fresh graduate in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
- Fluent in English
- Understand the E-Faktur system
- Mastery of Microsoft Office (especially Ms. Excel)
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Familiarity with accounting software is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with accounting software is a plus
- Willing to work in BSD, Tangerang.
