Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Finance & Accounting (experience as a Senior Staff or Supervisor is highly welcomed).
- Must be highly proficient in using Accurate Online (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of Fixed Asset Management, including tracking, capitalization, and equipment depreciation.
- Solid grasp of Indonesian tax compliance (PPh 21, 23, PPN, etc.) and e-Faktur.
- Proven ability to do data cleanup, complex bank reconciliations, and enforce strict payment SOPs (no invoice/receipt = no payment).
- High attention to detail, uncompromising integrity, and a strong backbone to enforce financial discipline across departments.
- Prior experience in the equipment rental, retail, or creative industry is a plus.
