Job description
- Monitoring all incoming and outgoing funds, ontime payments according to payment schedule
- Maintain cash allocation for trade and non trade payment
- Ensure Financial transactions are authorized, recorded, filed with adequate supporting documents.
- Organize to archive supporting document of all transactions in good manner.
- Review monthly closing.
- Doing monthly report needed by Management
- Doing forecast and Budgeting.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a accounting supervisor role, preferably in the manufacturing industry,
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a relevant professional certification.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, reporting standards, and best practices
- Proven ability to lead and manage a accounting team, with excellent people management skills
- Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Master and have used Accounting software (Accurate is preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate financial information to non-financial stakeholders
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Strong Analytical Thinking, Leadership Skill, Detail Orientation, and Good Communication Skill.
