Key Responsibilities
- Provide financial reports, tax reporting, and financial information to managerial team and recommend for further action.
- Collaborate with various other departments, discuss company plans and advice on future paths to be taken.
- Continuously in the development, implementation and enforcement the work processes and policies
- Advise to managerial team on analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting Management
- Having minimum 1 years experience in accounting/finance
- Able to adjusts well in dynamic working environment, responsible, fast learner, efficient and well-organized, highly motivated, disciplined & committed, having driven and persistent.
- Effective time management skills and ability to handle confidential data.
- Great communication skills, negotiation, and persuasion.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel)
