Job description for Accounting Staff at PT Edsen Gudang Komputerindo
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics/ Finance/ Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of one year in Finance and Accounting experience.
- Familiar with Tax & Accounting regulations.
- Experienced in using spreadsheet and Accounting software.
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
- Detail-oriented and analytical thinking, as well as problem-solving skills.
- Capable of managing crises.
- Good internal and external negotiations.
- Good communication and public speaking skills.
- Strong work ethics and excellent interpersonal skill.
- Able to work individually and collaborate in the team.
- Able to work under pressure, in timely manner.
- Carry out financial transactions for the company’s daily operations.
- Assist in handling payments to external partners, as needed.
- Prepare invoicing/ billing documents for clients in timely manner.
- Enter financial transactions into internal databases, such as Netsuite.
- Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies on the numbers.
- Create, maintain and update expense reports.
- Prepare and process reimbursement forms so that they are well documented.
- Assist FAT Lead in preparing bank deposits.
- Check spreadsheets for accuracy of data.
- Maintain and update digital and physical financial records.
