Job description for Accounting Officer at Open Labs
This position will be placed under our BRANDS EMPLOYMENT not open labs
Job Description:
- Maintain and update accounting records and files for Company
- Meet with clients to discuss confidential accounting issues
- Post transactions and categorize records in the general ledger (e.g. by assets, liabilities and expenses)
- Reconcile bank statements
- Analyze transactions with internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct month-end and year-end closures
- Prepare documents for audits
- maintenance of Trial Balance, General Ledger and Cost Center data
- Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
- Operational accounting tasks : Account Receivable/ Account Payable
- High accuracy process of data
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply, preferably has 1 year experience in similar position
- Good analytical skills
- Has professional experience with Accurate Accounting Software
- Willing to work in Serpong, Tangerang, 5 days/ week.
