Gaji: Rp 7.000.000 – Rp 9.000.000 per bulan

Tentang Posisi

Kami mencari Accounting Officer yang teliti dan berpengalaman dalam pengelolaan keuangan perusahaan, sekaligus terbuka memanfaatkan AI dan automation tools untuk mempercepat dan meningkatkan akurasi proses akuntansi sehari-hari.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Mengelola pencatatan transaksi keuangan harian secara akurat

• Menyusun laporan keuangan bulanan (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)

• Melakukan rekonsiliasi bank dan data akuntansi Juga Stock Opname

• Memanfaatkan AI tools untuk efisiensi proses kerja (otomasi laporan, analisis data, draft dokumen)

• Membantu proses perpajakan (PPN, PPh) dan koordinasi dengan konsultan pajak

• Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar akuntansi (PSAK) dan kebijakan internal perusahaan

Kualifikasi

• Minimal S1 Akuntansi/Keuangan, IPK minimal 3.00

• Pengalaman Minimal 5 tahun di bidang accounting/finance

• Menguasai software akuntansi Accurate

• Familiar dengan AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude, Excel + AI add-in, atau automation tools seperti Zapier/Make) untuk mendukung pekerjaan sehari-hari

• Memahami dasar-dasar perpajakan di Indonesia

• Teliti, jujur, dan mampu bekerja dengan deadline yang ketat

• Nilai plus: memahami Power BI atau Google Sheets automation
