Job description for Accounting (Freelance - Onsite) at PT Niitaka Japindo Makmur
We are hiring to fill the Accounting (Freelance Onsite) position.
Job Descriptions:
- Record daily financial transactions accurately.
- Input, process, and review VAT data through the Coretax system.
- Prepare monthly and periodic financial reports.
- Handle payment processes and perform inventory reconciliation.
- Create invoices using Accurate Online .
- Assist with the company's tax administration.
- Ensure financial data is well-organized, accurate, and properly documented.
- Coordinate with management regarding financial reports and financial requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting.
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in accounting.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Good knowledge of financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports .
- Experience using Microsoft Office (especially Excel formulas), Accurate, and Coretax .
- High attention to detail, honest, and results-oriented.
Working Hours : 4 hours / day - (Onsite)
Location : Alamanda Tower, Cilandak, Jakarta Selatan
