Job description for ACCOUNTING FINANCE STAFF at PT Info Cahaya Hero
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
KUALIFIKASI:
- Usia maksimal 35 tahun
- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Akuntansi
- Memiliki pengalaman di posisi yang sama minimal 2 tahun
- Mengerti perpajakan (memiliki sertifikat Brevet A&B memiliki nilai tambah)
- Jujur, teliti, cermat, bersemangat
- Menguasai Ms. Excel, Ms. Office, Ms. Power Point
- Menguasai accounting software seperti Accurate
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN:
- Mengerti dan mampu membuat G/L dan Jurnal Umum
- Melakukan rekonsiliasi bank
- Verifikasi PR/MR dan membuat PO serta Payment Voucher
- Laporan keuangan (Cashflow, P/L, Neraca)
- Membuat perencanaan alur kas (cashflow plan)
- Monitor aging AR dan AP
- Monitor inventory gudang dan Stock Opname
- Membuat rekap penjualan dan pembayaran
- Membuat dokumen pajak (contoh: e-faktur)
- Mengkoordinasikan staff finance dalam menjalankan job descnya
- Bertanggung jawab atas cash in dan cash out perusahaan
- Mengelola ketersediaan dana operasional untuk pengeluaran sehari-hari
- Melakukan rekonsiliasi bank dan bertanggung jawab atas akurasinya
- Membuat laporan-laporan yang diperlukan dalam pengelolaan keuangan
