Job description for Accounting & Tax Manager at Pt Aromatik International Indonesia
- Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to Management while recommending further courses of action.
- Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take.
- Maintain the financial health of the organization.
- Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
- Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances.
- Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
- Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
- Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.
- Liase with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
- Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
- Develop and manage annual and multi-year budgets that are adequate for the organisation's needs including preparation of periodic budget forecasts
- Prepare and maintain cash flow analyses as needed
- Analyse monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows) and effectively convey analysis to staff as requested.
- Assist in preparing year-end books for audit.
- Process vendor payments and check requests.
- Process employee reimbursements including managing employee credit card charges and reconcile credit card accounts.
- Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts as assigned.
- Respond to inquiries from staff regarding budgets, deposits, disbursement and grant reporting requests.
- Assist in reconciling all balance sheet and income statement accounts on a monthly/quarterly basis as indicated by the monthly closing schedule.
- Process payroll together with HR and report payroll taxes for the organization.
- Assist in all Tax matters and liaise with Tax consultant.
- Prepare and advice for Tax planning.
- Learn how to create financial projection and analysis that fit for the organization
- Has 2-3 years experience in Accounting Manager area
- Better has experience in Beauty Company
- Have an understanding and knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication in English.
