Job description for Accounting and Corp Sec Executive at S&A Consulting Singapore Pte. Ltd.
Corp Sec and administrative duties:-
• Corporate Secretary Duties (Incorporation and Secretary documents preparation, KYC and customer due diligence check, Secretary documentation filing)
• Perform admin duties (eg. raise invoices and payment) for the Accounts and • Admin services department.
• Payroll calculation and CPF submission
• Assist with any ad-hoc duties, research works
Accounting duties:-
• Assist in the data entry for accounting transactions and bank reconciliations under the supervision of Accounts Seniors from time to time.
• Preparation of GST schedules and submission
• Preparation of unaudited financial statements
• Any other ad-hoc admin and accounting related work
• Training will be provided
Requirements:-
• Aptitude for math, proficiency with computers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.
• Willing to learn, hardworking, independent, self-driven and able to work under pressure
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 6pm
