Job description for Accounting Admin at PT Guna Solusindo Utama

  1. What you'll be doing

  • Assisting in the accurate and timely recording of the company's daily financial transactions.
  • Preparing monthly financial reports, such as journals, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.
  • Managing financial documents such as invoices, receipts, and proofs of payment.
  • Assisting with the tax administration process (VAT, PPh/Income Tax, e-Faktur, etc.).
  • Performing routine bank reconciliations.
  • Assisting in data preparation for internal and external audit purposes.
  • Neatly archiving financial and administrative documents.
  • Coordinating with the project team and management to ensure a smooth financial workflow.
  • Compiling reports on office operational expenses.
  • Providing general administrative support required by the finance division or management.

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum Education D3/S1 in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  2. Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
  3. Understanding of accounting and taxation principles.
  4. Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Zahir, Xero, or similar).
  5. Meticulous, organized, and able to work with deadlines.
  6. Able to work independently or within a team.
  7. Possesses good communication skills, both written and verbal.
