- What you'll be doing
- Assisting in the accurate and timely recording of the company's daily financial transactions.
- Preparing monthly financial reports, such as journals, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.
- Managing financial documents such as invoices, receipts, and proofs of payment.
- Assisting with the tax administration process (VAT, PPh/Income Tax, e-Faktur, etc.).
- Performing routine bank reconciliations.
- Assisting in data preparation for internal and external audit purposes.
- Neatly archiving financial and administrative documents.
- Coordinating with the project team and management to ensure a smooth financial workflow.
- Compiling reports on office operational expenses.
- Providing general administrative support required by the finance division or management.
What we're looking for
- Minimum Education D3/S1 in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- Understanding of accounting and taxation principles.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Zahir, Xero, or similar).
- Meticulous, organized, and able to work with deadlines.
- Able to work independently or within a team.
- Possesses good communication skills, both written and verbal.
