Individual to be involved in:
1. Ensure compliance and responsible for all statutory and tax reporting, requirement and regulations, monthly financial and management reporting of our clients.
2. Financial modelling, financial statement analysis, budgeting & forecasting, variance analysis, system and processes controls and improvements, regulatory compliance such as consolidation of financial statements, accounting/ tax filing services, financial due diligence, corporate funding exercises, audit readiness, tax planning, business plan etc.
3. Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client relations for assigned engagements and demonstrate professional discretion by appropriately escalating complex client relationship matters to director.
4. Implementation of cloud accounting software and related technology
5. Management of accounting staff.
Technical Skills and Competencies:
1. Active participation in strategic planning process, including
developing goals, objectives and processes
2. Review contracts, all legal matters, statutory reporting etc
3. Gain experience with cloud software systems.
4. Liaise with clients and other stakeholders professionally
5. Implement workflows and systems in accordance with company
6. Provide insightful information and expectations to senior
executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making.
· A diploma (or higher) accounting
· Excellent command of spoken and written English
· Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
· Ability to multi-task and work within deadlines.
· Meticulous, analytical and organised individual with initiative and excellent supervisory skills
· Ability to work effectively both independently and with a team, assist with a variety of projects of varying degrees of complexity
