Job description for Account Receivable Officer (Konstruksi) at PT RAJAWALI PARAMA KONSTRUKSI

Job Description:

- Memastikan berbagai pembayaran (piutang, tagihan) terbayar dengan tepat waktu sesuai dengan standar yang berlaku

- Melakukan verifikasi berbagai dokumen pembayaran (invoice, potongan) yang muncul dari aktivitas penjualan perusahaan

- Melakukan rekonsiliasi faktur pajak yang muncul dari aktivitas penjualan perusahaan

- Melakukan analisa dari AR yang muncul untuk memberikan usulan credit limit pada vendor

- Menyusun laporan AR secara akurat dan tepat waktu sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan

- Melakukan penghitungan dan menentukan besaran penalty yang diberikan terkait keterlambatan pembayaran secara efektif dan efisien

Kualifikasi :

• Min. S1 Akuntansi, Keuangan, atau jurusan terkait

• Menguasai Ms. Office

• Memiliki Pengalaman di bidang AR Khususnya di bidang Konstruksi (Diutamakan)

• Memiliki Pengetahuan mengenai Perpajakan

• Teliti, Rapi, Disiplin, Jujur, Komunikatif, dan Bertanggung Jawab

• Mampu bekerjasama dalam tim

• Memiliki skils Problem Solving yang baik

• Dapat bergabung secepatnya.
