Job description for Account Officer (Sales B2B Specialist) at Shift Academy

- Experience in B2B Business Development and/or Sales for at least 1 year is a plus.
- Having experience in the training consultant industry is a plus
- Good marketing, communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills in fostering a long-term relationship with the client
- Have good knowledge of people development product and project budgeting
- Able to present ideas of our B2B product to the prospected customer
- Looks for new leads and potential client for B2B products
- Achieve sales and revenue target
- Maintain good relationships with clients
- Conduct training needs assessment with the client
- Prepare and present product proposal to a client
