Job description for Account Manager at Glovory
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize customer satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Minimum 3 years experience Account Manager or related role
- High preference from IT product and services industry
- Performance driven and target oriented
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, especially in negotiation
- Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data
- Good knowledge of business analyst
- Adaptability and strong problem solving skills
- Excellent active listening skills
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and external parties
- Understanding of consumer behaviours and related industry trends
- Extensive, accurate product knowledge.
- Proficient in English both oral and written is a must
- Willing to be located in Malang
