- Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customer's success
- Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
- Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform
- Promoting the company's products & services
- Finding, qualifying, and onboarding new clients
- Implementing a new high-end customer relationship management system
- Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts
- Broad knowledge of the crypto market (is a plus)
- Experience minimal 2 years in a similar RM / AM role at a bank, investment or crypto (is a plus)
- Willingness and ability to have flexibility working hours
- Eager to progress in your career and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
- Target & Result Oriented
- Speaking English fluently and confidently
- Living around South Jakarta Area (is a preferable)
