Job Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any major
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management, Relationship Management, Business Development, Sales, or equivalent customer-facing roles
- Experience handling Banking, Government, Priority, Corporate, or Strategic Accounts will be an advantage
- Proven ability to build, maintain, and grow long-term customer relationships
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Results-oriented, self-driven, and able to work under targets and deadlines
- Detail-oriented with strong ownership and execution capability
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and collaborate effectively across teams
- Good command of English will be an advantage
Job Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to understand business needs and create sustainable value
- Act as the primary point of contact for client account management and ensure excellent customer experience
- Manage regular client engagement and business reviews to strengthen partnership and identify growth opportunities
- Drive business growth through account expansion, solution positioning, and achievement of revenue targets
- Develop opportunities within existing accounts and identify areas to improve account performance
- Lead commercial discussions, including proposal preparation, negotiation, and agreement finalization
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
- Manage client issues and escalations proactively to ensure timely resolution
- Monitor account progress and communicate updates, initiatives, and business outcomes to relevant stakeholders
- Continuously assess client objectives, market opportunities, and strategic needs to strengthen long-term partnerships
