Job description for Account Manager at PT Fleava Digital Media
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage daily communication and relationships with clients.
2. Coordinate internal and client meetings effectively.
3. Understand clients’ needs, goals, and expectations to support successful project delivery.
4. Coordinate project timelines and ensure projects stay on track in collaboration with the Project Manager and internal teams.
5. Provide regular updates to the internal management team regarding project pipelines, ongoing projects, and upcoming opportunities.
6. Brief internal teams on project details, client goals, and ensure deliverables align with client expectations and timelines.
7. Prepare, present, and send reports, presentations, and campaign performance updates to clients.
8. Identify upselling opportunities, support proposal preparation, and provide strategic recommendations to prospective and existing clients.
9. Maintain strong client relationships to support long-term retention and satisfaction.
10. Follow up on revisions, approvals, and project deadlines to ensure smooth execution.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, client service, project management, or related roles.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing, creative campaigns, and project workflows is a plus.
* Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset.
* Comfortable coordinating with cross-functional teams and clients.
* Strong presentation and reporting skills.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
* Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a digital agency or creative industry.
* Familiarity with tools such as ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.
* Experience handling international clients is a plus.
