Job description for Account Manager at WorkClass
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Sales team. This role will identify and secure new business opportunities and lead relationship development for key clients (eg. Corporate MNCs and Agencies).
This role will require you to be both data and relationship-driven, with solid business acumen to understand clients’ needs and to identify key value propositions.
Responsibilities:
· Build and maintain a pipeline of new business through proactive outreach,
· Ability to navigate large corporate organizations, network, and sell within varied layers of an organization
· Identify upsell opportunities within the existing client base and explore new revenue conversations on new and existing products and services.
· Create strong relationships with key decision-makers and senior leaders
· Work closely with internal cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, Tech
Candidate Profile:
· Highly customer-focused individual with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and with a proven sales track record
· Existing Relationships / Network with Enterprises / Agencies a plus
· Genuine curiosity and a strong desire to continuously learn and grow
· A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, pragmatic, and able to work independently when required
