Requirements
• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as Account Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role in B2B or B2C environments.
• Preferably with experience in Audio Visual (AV) systems, System Integrator, or related IT/technology solutions industry.
• Strong ability to understand and analyze customer needs and translate them into solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Willing to travel as required.
• Possession of SIM A is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets, including lead generation, pipeline development, and customer engagement.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned accounts and markets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams (technical, presales, and project teams) and external partners to ensure customer requirements are met effectively.
• Manage client accounts and oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, and project documentation.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery in accordance with customer expectations.
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and pipeline updates.
