Storehuat8 is looking for a swashbuckling account manager to help grow our promising startup and join our team as a key member!
If you're interested in e-commerce businesses, solving customer problems and building new processes; this is definitely an adventure to embark on.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING:
· Assisting our customers with their orders on a daily basis.
· Be a conduit between customers' online stores and our warehouse operations.
· Assist our warehouse manager in navigating daily operations.
· Innovate new processes that would smoothen customers' operations.
Character traits that will prove successful for this role:
· Brave and not afraid to make mistakes but learn from them.
· Customer service savvy and understanding of how to manage customers' needs
· A calm mind within the chaos
· A fluid mind, change is constant in an e-commerce environment and you would need to be ever-tweaking, ever open to new improvements
· Adaptable, there are times when even we won't know the answer to the customer's problem but you can't let that tangle your web but foray through to make it work.
· Problem-solving, we are in the business of solving problems effectively and creating solutions.
