- Responsible for the planning and strategy for the company's projects.
- Take on the role of managing the entire research process, ideation and completion of the plan to achieve the goal of a successful presentation to the client. Directly on the timeline and follow the project implementation process to ensure the committed quality and schedule.
- Manage the volume and quality of work of project team members to report directly to the Director.
- Receiving and clarifying requests from customers to have a basis for implementing planning and project implementation with the internal team.
- Research, develop proposals, marketing and communication plans for the project, allocate budget and KPI.
- Work with the internal team to manage the quality, schedule, and budget to implement the project in the most comprehensive and optimal way.
- Support departments in the operation team (content, design, media, etc.) to handle requests from customers, ensure products are carefully censored, meeting committed criteria with customers.
- Make reports to update progress, output results and analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of project implementation with the Director and customers.
- Graduated with majors in Communication, Marketing, Economics, Business Administration at domestic and foreign universities.
- At least 3 years of experience working in media agencies, advertising or in the marketing department of large companies and corporations with a professional marketing apparatus.
- Having a solid background in marketing, understanding the brand, understanding users and being able to research and analyze the market.
- Knowledge of the system of communication channels, online/offline advertising, experience in implementing IMC projects with a budget of at least 200 million - 1 billion/month.
