POSITION OVERVIEW We are looking for a passionate and proactive individual to join our team as an Account Management Intern. This role will support the team in client acquisition, event execution, and business development activities. You will gain hands-on experience in managing client relationships, supporting event projects, and executing marketing strategies in a fastpaced environment
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist in client acquisition activities and lead generation
• Support the team in managing client relationships and follow-up
• Assist in developing event concepts and marketing strategies
• Support event execution (pre-event, on-site, and post-event
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors
• Help maintain and update client database (CRM)
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and project documentation
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities
REQUIREMENTS
➢ Final-year student or fresh graduate (all majors)
➢ Strong interest in event management, sales, or business development
➢ Good communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia & basic English)
➢ Proactive, organized, and willing to learn
➢ Able to work in a fast-paced environment
➢Able to commit to internship period (minimum 6 month)
NICE TO HAVE
• Experience in event organizing or campus activities
• Familiar with social media and digital marketing
• Basic knowledge of business, marketing, or client handling
• Experience using tools (Google Workspace, Canva, etc.)
