Job description for Account Management Assistant Manager at Glints Taploker

We’re looking for an Account Management Assistant Manager to join our team, to help grow our company in Indonesia. Account Management Team Leader will be responsible for acquiring revenues from clients of Glints Job Portal by approaching new clients and maintain relationship with existing clients

What You’ll Be Doing

- Lead, develop and motivate the Account Management Team to achieve daily and monthly targets

- Responsible for consistently achieving monthly team revenue targets

- Maintain team productivity and performance across the team

- Coach and guide team members to improve sales conversion and communication skills

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and support lead generation initiatives

- Report and analyze team performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities

- Maintain relationships with Glints Job Portal clients, including but not limited to presentations, after-sales services, quotation delivery, etc

- Gather feedback from clients for the betterment of Glints Job Portal

Who We Are Looking For

- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or related roles

- At least 1 year of experience leading a big team, preferably with 6-8 members.

- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

- Experience in job portals, banking, insurance, technology, or training industries is a plus.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership capabilities.

- Highly organized with strong time management skills, able to balance supervision, calling activities, and administrative tasks.

- Tech and Excel savvy and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in job portals, banking, insurance, technology, or training industries is a plus.

- Ability to drive complex client solutions, analyze data, and manage cross-stakeholder teamwork

- Comfortable adapting quickly to newly formed teams and fast-paced environments
