FUNCTIONAL BUSINESS OBJECTIVES (FBOs):
Maido Agency is looking to employ an account intern to assist Account Senior in maintaining and managing customer relationships. Joining Maido, you will receive employee training, performance based increases and equal opportunity to be considered for a full time position.
To succeed in this position, you are responsible to educate and consult prospective clients on Maido’s products and services through social media, email, and telephone. We expect you to be a reliable professional, able to balance customer orientation and a results-driven approach. Your overarching goal is to identify opportunities with prospects and new clients and build them into long-term profitable relationships. Ultimately, an exceptional account intern should demonstrate excellent communication, management, and customer service skills at all times.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Clients Management:
- Responding to clients’ questions quickly and effectively through all of our communication channels such as social media, phone and emails.
- Be proactive in sourcing new clients besides Maido’s customer data.
- Strong understanding of Maido's product and service in order to present, promote and sell to current and potential clients.
- Able to forecast and analyze potential risks that might occur and perform a detailed prevention plan to inform clients.
- Ensuring to apply Maido’s business philosophy while collaborating with clients.
- Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships.
- Evaluating Maido’s customer data to consult customized marketing plans for each client’s specific needs.
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction and to maintain the company’s reputation.
- Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs.
Internal Management:
- Learning and understanding Maido’s services and products to consult clients.
- Supporting operations team and maintaining clients for AS (Account Senior) & AM (Account Manager).
- Supporting AS & AM in data tracking to ensure that the data are always precise and fully provided to clients and GM (General Manager).
- Supporting AS & AM in research data to implement clients’ plans efficiently.
- Supporting AS & AM in data input.

Academic requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
- A certification in digital marketing management is preferred.
- Have participated in 1-2 extracurricular activities at your university..
- You must be above 18 years of age.
Other Requirements:
- A valid license and reliable transportation is a must.
