Job Description :

• Identify and approach potential exhibitors from industries such as hotels, resorts, destinations, tourism boards, event agencies, team building providers, and activity operators.
• Conduct sales outreach, meetings, and pitching to secure exhibitors for the event.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners in the hospitality, tourism, and MICE industries.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
• Coordinate with exhibitors before the event to ensure smooth participation.
• Assist and support exhibitors onsite during the exhibition.
• Work closely with the project and marketing team to ensure a successful event.

Job Requirements :

• 1–2 years experience in sales, account management, or business development.
• Background in hotel sales, tourism, travel agency, event, or MICE industry is preferred.
• Has connections or network in at least one of these industries (hospitality, tourism, MICE, or destinations).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with client meetings, pitching, and sales targets.
• Proactive, organized, and able to handle multiple clients.
