Account Executive

Deskripsi Pekerjaan Account Executive Part-Time KatsLab

We are looking for a passionate and communicative Part-Time Account Executive to join our creative agency team. In this role, you will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly, on time, and according to client expectations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Client Relationship Management. Be the main contack for clients, build strong relationship, and ensure their needs are met
2. Sales and Business Development. Identify new business opportunities, create proposals, and meet sales targets
3. Project Coordination. Communicate client requests to the creative team, oversee project delivery, and ensure deadlines are met.
4. Strategy Implementation. Develop account strategies, review client satisfaction regulary, and provide feedback to the creative team.
5. Reporting and Analysis. Create regular reports on account status and performance, and analyze data for growth opportunities.
6. Content and Media Solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to create and deliver custom content and media solutions across various formats.

QUALIFICATION

1. 1-2 years experiances in account management, sales, or client services, preferably in a creative agency
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Strong organizational and project management abilities
4. Skilled in understanding client needs and creating actionable strategies
5. Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools
6. Team player with collaborative skills
7. Project reporting experise. Creating decks, tracking status, using Facebook Creator Studio and Ads Manager
8. Proven success managing client relationships and dribing sales growth
9. Creative thinking and problem solving skills
10. Fluent Englishin written and verbal communication
11. Agency experiences preferred, especially in a creative field
