Account Intern

Help us keep projects and client communication organized.

At F.Learning Studio, we work on projects where the message matters — training, healthcare, communication, and other topics that need to be explained clearly.

We are looking for an Account Intern to support our team with coordination, follow-up, and client communication.

This role is a good fit for someone who is careful, responsive, eager to learn, and interested in account management or client-facing work.

Your mission

You help the team stay organized and responsive, so client conversations move smoothly and projects start well.

What your days will look like

  • Support email follow-up and meeting coordination.
  • Join internal or client meetings, take notes, and help write recaps.
  • Update CRM, tracking sheets, and opportunity status.
  • Help prepare proposals, documents, and handoff materials.
  • Follow up on timelines, pending feedback, and next steps.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to make sure information is clear and complete.
  • Learn how international client communication and project onboarding work in real life.

You may be a fit if you:

  • Have good spoken and written English.
  • Are organized and detail-oriented.
  • Communicate clearly and politely.
  • Are proactive and willing to learn.
  • Can manage tasks carefully and follow through.
  • Are interested in account management, sales support, or project coordination.

Nice to have

  • Internship or extracurricular experience in sales, customer service, communication, events, or project support.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, or CRM tools.
  • Comfort using AI tools for drafting, organizing, and improving work.
