Job description for Account Executive at XCIDIC
- Identify opportunities to grow business with new and existing clients
- Be the primary point of contact for clients and develop positive and long-term relationships
- Attend needs-discovery meetings and gather relevant information needed for the solution-creation process
- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
- Work with internal team to create proposal that fits clients needs
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our digital services
- Maintain good relationship with clients to gain customer loyalty
- Compile and analyze data to find trends and staying current on company offerings and industry trend
- Have 2-3 years experience as an Account Executive in a tech company/digital agency
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.
- Full awareness of creative processes and techniques – including digital platforms
- Motivated to learn and pro-active approach to creative projects
- Ability to keep up with current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends
- Fluent in Bahasa and English
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
- Strong in analytical thinking, detail oriented and an understanding of budget restraints
- Ability to utilize Google Workspace and Project Management tools
