Job description for Account Executive at F.studio
- Respond to new requests, preparing proposals, offer consultations and follow up with potential customers (via emails and online meetings)
- Maintain good relationships with current clients and new prospects
- Manage client’s expectation, timeline, and payment of all ongoing projects; coordinating with the production team to provide client insights and ensure project’s quality
- Coordinating with the marketing team on required activities to help improve marketing approach (client reports, research, insights analysis)
- Providing marketing team with customer insights to build effective marketing campaigns
- Maintaining lists of client databases, project records…
- Other tasks under requirements of Account Manager or General Manager
- 1-year experience working as an Account Executive or similar roles
- High proficiency in English since you will be working with international clients
- Strong communication skills, has interests in communications
- Detailed-oriented and good organizational skills
- Being open-minded, result-driven, and self-motivated
- Flexible in work, active in team’s activities
