Job Description:
- Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and smooth project execution.
- Manage client accounts from onboarding, campaign development, to delivery — ensuring client satisfaction and timely delivery.
- Coordinate closely with the creative, marketing, and production teams to align deliverables with client expectations.
- Present creative proposals and campaign strategies in English.
- Support the creation of client briefs and timelines; monitor progress and adjust strategies when needed.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to grow client accounts and strengthen long-term relationships.
- Handle administrative tasks related to accounts and reporting.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an agency or client servicing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
- Creative thinker with the ability to understand and communicate brand strategy.
- Team leader with proven ability to manage timelines, expectations, and high-level clients.
