1. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
2. Handle leads, manage the sales process, negotiate, and close deals.
3. Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts according to company standards.
4. Ensure contract scope, timeline, deliverables, and commercial terms are clearly defined.
5. Receive, document, and resolve client complaints by coordinating with relevant teams.
6. Coordinate with project leads (SMS / AD / PMS) to communicate client requests clearly.
7. Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables (execution led by project leads).
8. Monitor scope and budget alignment to prevent overruns.
9. Track client performance and KPIs together with project leads.
10. Identify upsell opportunities and propose new ideas to grow accounts.
11. Support client retention and long-term account growth.
Qualifications :
1. Minimum 3 years experience in Account Management, Sales, or Client Service.
2. Experience in agency or fast-paced environments.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
4. Familiar with contracts, quotations, and basic commercial terms.
5. Understands digital marketing and creative workflows.
6. Able to manage multiple clients and timelines simultaneously.
7. Structured, detail-oriented, and accountable.
8. Fluent in English
