Job description for Account Executive (Project Leader) at Invinyx Perdana Gemilang
We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Project Leader. As the Project Leader you will be responsible for receiving campaign material briefs, maintaining relationships with clients, assisting in achieving new business development, and distributing briefs to the team.
There is some information you should know before applying:
- Work from office (WFO) on Monday to Wednesday, work from home (WFH) on Thursday and Friday
- Office location is near Cipete MRT station
- There is no formal lateness policy, but you are expected to be responsible for your work
Responsibilities:
- Receive and manage campaign material briefs
- Maintain strong relationships with clients
- Support new business development efforts
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure the timely and successful execution of campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates to clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience in managing client relationships and delivering successful campaigns
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
