Job description
We are looking for an Account Executive to join our diverse team of people who are passionate about taking the real estate industry into the age of technology through innovation and a desire to solve its multitude of challenges. The Account Executive work-based will be in Bandung - Jawa Barat.
What you will do:
- Identify and approach potential new clients (real estate developer or property developer).
- Offer 99.co & Rumah123.com products in the form of marketing campaigns to clients.
- Meet with clients to identify and discuss their needs.
- Developing appropriate proposals, create presentations, reviewing feedback, understanding client's needs, and create MOU.
- Make sure the campaign goes well according to the agreement.
- Analyze data in terms of project needs and digital marketing perspective.
- Develop a target client list and client database.
- Build strong and maintaining relationships with clients.
Who are we looking for:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Degree in any field
- At least 2 Years of proven experience in the sales area specifically in the media industry
- Excellent communication skills, a good negotiator and good presentation skill
- Able to operate google workspace, namely google sheets, google slides, google meets, etc., and Microsoft Office
- Tech-savvy
