Your Role: Account Executive - Bali
What You'll Be Doing:
- Actively seeking new clients.
- Develop new business and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Visiting agent property around Bali based on a weekly target, showcasing our products and services.
- Demonstrating the ability to effectively negotiate deals and close sales, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Building and maintaining a comprehensive database of clients and potential leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Taking responsibility for the administration process, including submitting, verifying, and updating client information in the database.
What We're Looking For:
- 1–2 years in Sales or Fresh Graduates with a strong desire to learn and a high level of resilience are welcome to apply.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Proficiency in using digital tools, mobile apps, and CRM systems to manage your daily tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to establish and maintain client connections.
- Self-motivated, self-directed, and able to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and their own vehicle (preferably a motorcycle) for travel purposes.
